The Compassionate Mind Training (CMT) course is an eight-session evidenced-based course developed by Irons & Heriot-Maitland (2020) from Compassion Focused Therapy. It aims to help participants develop compassion towards themselves and other people, which has been shown to help with a range of common problems such as shame, self-criticism, emotion management problems, anger, anxiety, low mood, stress, and low self-esteem.
