About New Me Psychology
New Me Psychology is based in Hampshire and was set up in 2019. It was created and is run by me, Rachel Pike, a Chartered & Registered Forensic Psychologist with 18 years experience working with individuals who are stuck in life, in distress, or just in need of some support to get them where they want to be.
My experience
Throughout my working life, I have gained extensive experience across custodial, healthcare, and community settings.
I work with a range of people who are are finding it hard to manage powerful thoughts and intense feelings. This struggle has often impacted on their actions, affecting their ability to achieve the life they want and live like the the person they really want to be. At times this has also resulted in them behaving in ways that are harmful to themselves or other people, causing further distress.
